Paul Kelly // Director

Paul has over 20 years experience of the Financial Services Industry. He first started work in London for Allied Irish Bank and Allied Dunbar in the insurance and pensions business. In the early 1990's Paul saw the potential new market place opening up in Ireland and returned home.

In 1995 he setup and founded CFM Group. Over the following years Paul grew CFM Group into one of the most successful mortgage companies in Ireland, consistently writing in excess of €100 million in mortgage business per annum. During this time he has forged close ties with some of the larger lenders and insurers in the business, both in Ireland and the UK Paul is widely regarded by banks, investment companies, life assurance companies and general insurance companies as a leading figure in the Irish financial services industry.

Jonathan Hehir // Director

Jonathan has worked in the insurance industry for the past 15 years working in AA insurance services, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and insure.ie. An expert in commercial, corporate and personal lines, Jonathan has constantly pushed the industry into developing their online businesses and has successfully managed one of Irelands leading online insurance broking companies.

Jonathan is a member of the Irish Brokers Associations general insurance council representing the IBA for personal lines issues. He is regarded as an expert in the area of online insurance solutions and speaks regularly on radio programmes and has written several articles in newspapers on this subject.
